ISO 31000 Risk Management Training

Taking this training course enables you to gain knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 31000 standard and how to apply the provisions of the standard to the activities of the facilities and their contribution to continuous improvement and development.

Course Objective: Participants will be trained in practical application on:

• Acquire the skills that enable participants to prepare governance, policy guide and framework for enterprise risk management

• Build a risk management strategy and set operational objectives and key measurement indicators

• Measure the maturity of capabilities for risk management

• A list of the most prominent issues and influences currently in circulation. Participants will apply risk management procedures related to these issues and document them in the risk register.

• Practical application of nineteen of the most important techniques, tools, methods and models for analyzing and assessing risks according to ISO 31010

• Create a positive risk register (opportunities).

• Participants will be trained on the methodology for determining the level of risk acceptance and building a risk acceptance policy and the ability to bear risks

• How to build key risk indicators (KRI) and effective monitoring and review mechanisms

• All this and more will be applied by trainees practically using the best tools, methods and models.
